Our staff have been working hard over the festive period and all arrangements are now in place to ensure everyone can enjoy this time.  We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and good health and happiness in 2022.

We want your input and welcome anything and everything you’d like to share, such as: feedback about a particular carer you think deserves a special mention, suggestions about the service, or what you’d like to read in the newsletter.

Your input really does mean a lot to us. You can send a review on our webpage , carehomes.co.uk or google reviews. Thank you for your continued support.

There’s been lots going on this month and it’s really lovely to see everyone getting into the Christmas spirit with Christmas decorations going up, lots of lovely food being eaten and some special festive visits from those within the local community.

Vicki kindly volunteered to paint our windows into a Christmas display. We all think she has done an amazing job and can’t thank her enough.

A huge thank you to Beyond A Princess for entertaining all our residents; everyone really enjoyed it and it was an emotional day for everyone.  Our Elf has such a fantastic voice and it was great to sing along!!!

The lovely ladies that are The Harmonics also came to sing for the residents – amazing vocals and everyone had such a great time.

Head over to our Facebook page to see the full renditions – https://www.facebook.com/InwoodHorbury

A huge thanks also to Horbury and Ossett rotary club for organising a visit from Santa at #inwoodhouse – this brought some magic into our home and was a lovely festive treat for everyone

We want to say a special thanks to everyone at the home for their continued hard work and efforts throughout the festive period to make sure everyone has a lovely time, whilst keeping our residents safe.

Join us in congratulating Joanne our chef on gaining employee of the month for December.  We want to say an extra special thanks to her for all her hard work and dedication.
