We have an experienced and dedicated team at Inwood, led by Rachel our Home Manager. At the heart of every Autograph home is our amazing team of carers, domestic staff and cooks who ensure are residents are well cared for in a safe and comfortable environment.

My name is Rachel Beech, and I’m the proud Manager of Inwood House.

I have worked in managerial roles within social care for over 10 years and have good working relationships with healthcare professionals throughout Wakefield.

I’m passionate about providing person centred and compassionate care to our residents and having a happy team of well-trained staff.

Before working in social care, I worked in retail and enjoyed the customer-facing aspects of the role which set me up perfectly for roles within healthcare.

I’m married with two daughters and enjoy spending time with family outside of work.
