I worked as a lawyer in London in my early career, but everything changed for me when my Nana was diagnosed with dementia. It really brought to light the challenges of finding the right support, it was truly humbling. 

I saw firsthand just how difficult and overwhelming it can be for families, and it sparked a real passion in me to make a meaningful difference for others facing a similar journey to my own. I knew the best way to do this was to be part of the solution, to build a caring organisation that puts people first. I wanted to create homes that feel welcoming, supportive and comforting for those looking for care, a place that feels like home, where kindness, dignity and compassion are ever present, so that’s what I did.

Today, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built, our homes, our teams and the amazing communities that we serve.
