Adam Welsh

Chief Executive Officer

Adam joined Autograph Care in 2019, just before the acquisition of their first home. A former commercial lawyer, Adam now leads the Autograph group and has overall responsibility for the group. He lives in Cheshire with his young family and enjoys the occasional round of golf when time allows!

Charli Angeloni

Head of Quality

Charli joined Autograph in March 2024 as Deputy Manager. She quickly built a track record of driving quality improvements. In January 2025, she became Regional Quality Manager. By September 2025, she was promoted to Head of Quality. She now shapes quality and compliance across the group. C h a r l i liv e s in Grantham Lincolnshi re.

Katie Payne

Head of Operations

Katie joined Autograph Care in March 2022. With close to 20 years broad finance experience, primarily in hospitality, she lives in the Staffordshire countryside and enjoys outdoor pursuits.

Kelly Squires

Highly experienced HR professional who joined the team in December 2025 as Head of People.
